More Than Just an Introduction

Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. It's one of life's most significant personal and financial decisions, and it deserves a calm, steady presence on your side.

Alecia Morrow

My name is Alecia Morrow and I'm a real estate agent with Howard Hanna in Pittsburgh. For more than twenty years I've worked as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, helping families gather information, weigh their options, and make decisions that genuinely mattered. Today I bring that same professional discipline to real estate.

My connection to Pittsburgh began long before real estate, with childhood visits spent enjoying the city's traditions, sporting events, and distinctive neighborhoods. After attending Duquesne University and living in the city for several years, I developed a lasting appreciation for its character, its architecture, and its strong sense of community.

My role is to help you separate the facts from the noise, understand your options, and make an informed decision based on what's right for you, not simply what keeps a transaction moving.

Experience That Carries Over

Twenty years as a school psychologist taught me to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and explain complicated things in a way people can actually understand.

Since 2006, careful evaluation, problem-solving, clear communication, and decisions that affect families have been part of my work every single day. Those skills matter in real estate. Inspections, financing, negotiations, deadlines, and family opinions can make an important decision feel complicated very quickly. I'll give you my perspective, explain why, and have the difficult conversations when they need to happen.

Support That Fits Where You Are

Every conversation starts with where you are and what matters most to you. From there, we build a plan around your situation, not a script.

First-Time Buyer
Consultation

Buying your first home comes with a lot of new vocabulary and a lot of opinions. We'll walk through how the process actually works, in plain language: pre-approval, what you can comfortably afford, inspections, closing costs, and timelines.

Move-Up Buyer
Consultation

Outgrowing your home means two decisions at once: what to buy, and what to do with the house you're in. We'll map out the sequence, sell first, buy first, or bridge the two, and look at the numbers honestly so you're never stuck between homes.

Relocation
Consultation

Moving to Pittsburgh from out of town? You need a local who will tell you the truth about neighborhoods, commutes, and what your budget really buys here. We'll start with a video call, narrow the areas that fit your life, and plan visits that count.

Seller
Consultation

Selling well is about preparation and pricing, not pressure. We'll walk through your home together, talk about what's worth doing before it hits the market and what isn't, look at comparable sales, and agree on a strategy you're comfortable with.

Simple and Clear Process

A good decision shouldn't begin with pressure. The process, in five simple steps, has been built so you're never rushed, talked over, or pushed.
